Wild China

Just wanted to recommend this BBC documentary that is currently being shown on BBC Four and also available iPlayer. It’s fairly old (originally aired in 2008) but the scenery and the wildlife on display are captivating, helped by a wonderful musical score and good narration by Bernard Hill. China is such a vast and beautiful country with seemingly every different type of geographical landscape on Earth.¬†Episode 1 has sadly expired and episode 2 follows suit on Monday at 8pm so get in there quick. Also on dvd and bluray.

I bought the dvd for a couple of quid. Signed up for Netflix this week and it’s also on there, along with loads of other nature programs and documentaries.

Cool! Have just started Orange Is The New Black (on which I have Opinions) but will add to my ridiculous queue there.
